-China, Thailand, Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries: 2-4 days
-Austrialia, New Ziland and other Pacific Ocean countries: 3-7 days
-Canada, U.S.A and other North American countries: 4-6 days
-Germany, France and other EU countries: 4-10 days

*It is an average time and not including the time requires for customs clearance.

Shipping Policy
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot
be shipped to certain destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping
companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next half-kilogram.

Once an order is received and payment complet, the order will be fulfilled and ready to ship within 1-3 business days
(Business days are Monday thru Friday). You will receive notification of shipment. If for whatever reason there will be a delay
beyond 3 business days, we will notify you about the delay. 

All international orders will be shipped by EMS or EMS Premium (UPS shipping). Mostly you will receive a customs confirmaion
number that informs the permission from the post office for purpose of international shipment.
We will not be responsible for wrong addresses provided to our system. Even a missing apartment/unit number can cause your
package to be returned as "undeliverable". Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you receive your order
confirmation email and contact us immediately if you notice a discrepancy. Otherwise, you may not receive your order and it may
return back to us.

Shipments outside of the South Korea may be subject to import duties and taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees in very
special cases; the customer is considered the 'importer on record' and as such must comply with all laws and regulations, including
import duties and tax. Customs policies vary from country to country; if you don’t want to be hit with any surprise charges, please
contact your local customs office for further information. 

Returns Policy
We will accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be unopened, unused, and in
the condition that they were delivered in order to receive 100% credit. Return shipment costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, however, in many
cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the
shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the
time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My
Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and
processed the returned item.
